"Great concert, just took a bit to get out"
Went with some friends for a concert and had a really good time. The sound was better than I expected, and the staff were nice too. Leaving was a little slow with parking, so that was kind of annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d definitely go again.

"A really nice night out with the kids"
Took the kids here for a night out, it was one of the easier family outings we’ve had in a while. I’m a little burned out on places where you have to chase down help or deal with staff who seem annoyed you’re there, so it was a relief that everyone was friendly and patient with the kids.
The place felt safe, there was enough to do for different ages, and nobody got bored, which is always a win. Lines moved faster than I expected, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean, and even though it got busy, it wasn’t a nightmare to get around. We left worn out in a good way, and I’d go back.

"I went with a group of friends..."
I went with a group of friends and we ended up having a really fun time. There was a lot more to do than I expected, with haunted areas, rides, and a bunch of other attractions that kept us busy for most of the night. A few of the lines got long, which was a little annoying, but it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I had a good time and I’d definitely go again.

The actors were so good. One minute I was laughing with my friends, and the next I was genuinely freaked out because they stayed in character so well. They scared us a few times in the best way, and it made the whole night way more fun than I expected.

"Definitely going back"
Had such a fun time at Land of Illusion. Was easy to figure everything out, and the whole place had a really good vibe. Lines weren’t too bad when we went, and the staff was super nice. Felt worth the trip for sure, and would go again with friends. 5 stars from me.

I went with a few friends the special effects were way better than I thought they’d be. The fog, the lights, the sounds — all of it made everything feel so real, like really real. It ended up being a awesome night, awesome in that fun unexpected way.

"Super easy to use"
The site was really easy to get around and everything was clear to read. Booking was quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use it again next time.

"Entry was okay, just a little confusing"
I went to Land of Illusion and the check-in process was just okay. I wasn’t totally sure where we were supposed to go at first, and it kind of felt like everyone in line was figuring it out at the same time.
The line did move, but slowly, and I kept wondering if there was another check-in spot or if we were missing something. The staff we talked to were nice, though, so that helped a bit.
Once we finally got inside, everything was fine and we had a decent time. It wasn’t a terrible start, just a little slow and confusing, and I feel like having a few more people up front would’ve made it smoother.

"Fun night for my teens, even if a few parts felt a little cheap"
I took my teens here and they had a really fun night. They were super into the scary parts and kept laughing about which scene freaked them out the most. The lines weren’t too bad either, which was a nice surprise. It felt like a good spot for them to hang out and still be safe. I will say, a few props and setups seemed a little questionable quality-wise, but they didn’t seem to care much. We’ll probably go again next season.

"Got help quickly, hoping they make it right"
I reached out and they actually replied fast, which I appreciated. They helped me sort things out, but after the hassle, I’m still hoping they offer some kind of compensation to make it feel fully resolved.

"Rain Didn’t Ruin Our Night"
It rained a little, but the staff seemed to have everything under control. They gave clear updates and had dry spots for us to wait, so, yeah, it never felt stressful. We felt safe the whole time and still ended up having a really fun night.

"Parking was way easier than I thought..."
Parking was way easier than I thought it would be. The staff showed us where to go, the lot felt organized, and getting out afterward wasn’t bad at all. It just made the whole night start off on a good note.

"Food prices were actually fair"
I was expecting the drinks and snacks to be overpriced, but they were reasonable. It’s nice when places don’t make something like grabbing a quick snack feel like a totally preventable expense.

"Good scares, maybe a little too much going on"
It was a fun night. The haunted attractions were solid. A couple rooms actually got me, like, genuinely creepy. The actors were great too, stayed in character the whole time. Some parts did feel a little rushed though. And the lines got long in a few spots. Still, overall? Worth it. Good scares, good energy

"Friendly staff, average visit"
The staff were the best part of our visit, because from the people at the gate to the folks inside, everyone was easy to talk to, answered our questions without making us feel like we were bothering them, and just had a nice relaxed attitude that made the whole thing feel a lot smoother than it probably would have otherwise.
That said, the place itself felt a little hit or miss, like some areas could’ve been better organized or easier to figure out, so while I didn’t have a bad time, I’d probably call it an okay overall experience rather than something I’d be super excited to rush back to.

"Got it booked in the end"
I went in expecting to quickly make my booking and be done, but it ended up taking me a little longer than I thought. The process worked, and I did get everything sorted, but a few parts felt a bit clunky along the way. Nothing major enough to stop me, just one of those experiences where you have to click around and be a little patient...
